This dates back to around '99 with tritium dial, later models used luminova. This is the IWC 3251 UTC TZC. UTC=universal time coordinated. I picked up together with a bit of cash, a MINT IWC "DIE FLIEGERHUR UTC" TZC ref 3251-002, from 1999, which is apparently the first year of production. It has the Tritium dial, with a nice patina to the hour markers and hands.
